Coinlytics Referral & Rewards Program Details
To help spread the word about Coinlytics, we’re offering a simple referral program – share your unique referral code with your friends. If they sign up for a Coinlytics subscription, we reward you both with some free Bitcoin delivered to you via the Lightning Network. No sign up required and we collect no personal information of any kind.

Download and install Coinlytics. Coinlytics is free to use with subscription options for advanced features.

Navigate to More and tap on the banner at the top of the menu to see your unique referral link. Share your referral link with your friends using the Share button or copying and pasting your link and sending via email, iMessage, social networking, etc. You can refer as many friends as you like. When any of them subscribe, you'll get a referral reward.

Your friends need to download and install Coinlytics from the App Store, then tap on your referral link to populate your referral code into their app. They will see your referral code when they subscribe from the purchase screen.

As soon as they subscribe, you'll receive a notification that your referral code has been activated - open your app and navigate to More -> 'Rewards' and you'll see a new entry in the 'Active' section. Your friend will also see a similar entry in their app as well. Give our team 24 hours (usually less) for your reward to be activated.

Once activated, tap on the reward to see a QR Code that you can scan with your Lightning Wallet. You can also save the QR Code to your Photos to open up with your app, or you can copy/paste the payment link and then paste it into your Lightning Wallet. We've tested Wallet of Satoshi, Zebedee, Blue Wallet and Breez and these all work seamlessly. We cannot guarantee support on other lightning wallets but these should work.

*Your Bitcoin reward is delivered via LN URL Withdrawals which are invoices that we prepay on the Lightning Network. A Lightning Wallet is required to receive the reward - once redeemed you can transfer those sats to any other lightning or Bitcoin wallet.

Coinlytics Referrals & Rewards Program Terms & Conditions
1. GENERAL.
These Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (“Rewards Terms”) apply to Ridgewood Watch Company, LLC (“RWC”), Rewards Program (the “Program”). When used in these Rewards Terms, the words “User”, “I”, “me”, “my” or “you” mean the person who installs the Coinlytics app via the App Store. By installing the app, referring a friend to do likewise and subscribe, or otherwise participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Rewards Terms and RWC’s User Agreement [/terms] and the Coinlytics Privacy Policy [/privacy], both of which are incorporated herein by reference. As detailed in the User Agreement, you agree to a mandatory arbitration provision that provides that any claim, controversy, or dispute of any kind between me and RWC must be resolved by final and binding arbitration on an individual and not a class-wide or consolidated basis. In the event of any conflict between the terms of these Rewards Terms and the User Agreement, the terms of the User Agreement shall control. Any capitalized terms used in these Rewards Terms and not otherwise defined shall have the respective meanings set forth in the User Agreement.
2. PROGRAM OVERVIEW.
Through the Program, you may earn cryptocurrency (a “Reward”), to be delivered via the Lightning Network using an LN URL (also delivered as a QR Code) which you redeem into your Lightning Wallet per the payment terms defined herein, for completing certain rewards-eligible actions (“Rewards Actions”), as defined from time to time by RWC, in its sole discretion, and published as part of its Program. The Reward amount is defined in a quantity of cryptocurrency. Each Rewards Action will be coupled with a related Reward amount, and together they will comprise a particular rewards offer (“Rewards Offer”). You will be required to affirmatively accept each Rewards Offer by the means made available and communicated by RWC for each Rewards Offer. You must complete the Rewards Action after being presented with the Rewards Offer, and accepting said offer if necessary, in order to receive your Reward. RWC will create and maintain a system and method for tracking which Rewards Offer relates to you, whether you have affirmatively accepted each Rewards Offer, if required, and when you complete a Rewards Action.
As part of its Program, Ridgewood Watch Company creates Rewards Offers for the following Rewards Action: referring Coinlytics to a friend who subscribes to one of the paid subscription tiers on the App Store.
Pending Rewards; Payment
Upon completing a Rewards Action (and affirmatively accepting a Rewards Offer, if required), RWC will create and deliver to you an LN URL payment link which is deemed as your Reward. RWC agrees to deliver applicable Rewards within 14 days of your friend completing the Rewards Action. The applicable amount of cryptocurrency will be determined at the time your friend subscribes to one of the Coinlytics subscription tiers on the App Store. You acknowledge and agree that if you do not receive an approved Reward, you are not eligible to collect any “pending” Reward, and that RWC shall not owe you these amounts.
You acknowledge and agree that you may be required to complete documentation as required by your local tax authority.
We deliver your reward via the Lightning Network using LNURL-Withdrawl invoices. Once your invoice is redeemed it cannot be reused. RWC is not responsible for any issues with your redemption of the QR Code in your wallet. You may contact us if you have technical issues however we are able to see if the QR Code has been redeemed. If it has, the reward will be considered to be paid.
Certain Limits
RWC provides you with tools to share various codes and links related to Rewards Actions that involve referrals. ANY COMMUNICATIONS THAT YOU DO MAKE IN CONNECTION WITH REFERRALS MUST BE HONEST AND ACCURATE, AND DISCLOSURE THAT YOU MAY RECEIVE A REWARD. As part of your participation in the Program, you understand and agree that you are responsible for making truthful and accurate statements in connection with any referrals, and can be held liable for any false or misleading statements you make. Any emails that you send under the Program must comply with federal CAN-SPAM Act requirements. Information about the CAN-SPAM Act is available at https://www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/business-center/guidance/can-spam-act-compliance-guide-business. You are solely responsible for complying with the requirements of this section, and RWC will not be responsible for your failure to do so. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in immediate termination of your Program participation. In addition, you may be responsible for any resulting damages.
You acknowledge and agree that you may not send more than 25 email referral invitations in a 24-hour period, and that you may only earn up to a limited amount of Referral Bonuses in each calendar year, as defined by a particular Rewards Offer’s terms. Rewards may only accrue for users who are natural persons. Each person may only ever earn one Reward for a particular Reward Offer that relates to actions taken in their own account. RWC reserves the right to refuse payment of Rewards if (i) RWC believes, in good faith, that a user has committed fraud, that a Reward Action is not legitimate; or (ii) an applicable legal authority determines that the Program violates any statute, regulation or other legal requirement.
You understand that RWC reserves the right to change or modify these Rewards Terms, at RWC’s sole discretion. Without limitation, RWC may terminate the Program at any time; provided that, unless the Program is terminated due to the requirements of an applicable legal authority, RWC will honor any pending Rewards properly credited to your referrals prior to the termination of the Program. You understand that these Rewards Terms may be amended by RWC, with revised terms posted on the Website, or by any other means that RWC may choose to adopt in the future. The method of notification for any changes to these Rewards Terms shall be at RWC’s sole discretion. All changes and modifications will be effective immediately upon posting or sending such notification to me via electronic means. You understand that your continued use of the Coinlytics app constitutes an act of acceptance with respect to any such changes or modifications that RWC may make. If you do not agree to the terms in effect when you are using the Coinlytics app, you must stop using the Coinlytics app and uninstall it from your devices. We used a 3rd party service to create the LNURL-Withdrawl links which are used to deliver your rewards. When you redeem your reward, your Lightning Wallet will make a call to one or more nodes on the Lightning Network which may expose your IP address to the Lightning Network.
